cancellation

We do ask that if you need to make any changes or adjustments to your appointment you do so within 24 hours of your scheduled service.

If no shows or cancelations after 24 hours occur we will ask to place a CC on file and charge 50% of the missed service.

For larger services, we may ask for a non-refundable deposit.

 

gratuity

Gratuity is not accepted on debit/credit cards.

Accepted via: Venmo, Zelle, Cash and check

 

bridal parties

M&Co. caters to bridal parties of all sizes. We offer complimentary consultation and price quoting to assure all of your parties needs are met before services are rendered.

For all bridal parties we require a non-refundable 50% deposit of total services prior to the date of the event.

 

parking

There is customer parking located in front of the salon, also a parking garage a block over between Front & Wesley streets.

 

gift certificates

gift certificates are non-refundable

 

Service adjustments

We will gladly adjust your service you received within five days of your appointment. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service.

Lost items
